Treeline Dental Group – Our Team

Clinical directors: Dr Jimmey Palahey and Dr Navjit Kaur Jandu are the Treeline group’s co-founders as well as the clinical directors.

Dr Jimmey Palahey

Having graduated in dentistry from the University of Leeds, Jimmey went on to obtain a certification in clinical education from Sheffield Hallam University and now also has a Pg certification in Orthodontics from the University of Warwick. Setting up Treeline Dental Care with his wife, Navjit in 2012, today Jimmey is also a chair of the Nottinghamshire LDC and a dental practice advisor for NHS North Midlands. Jimmey and Navjit are the clinical directors at Treeline Dental Group whilst also seeing patients – offering a range of dental treatments.

Jimmey’s mission is to give the very best care to the full diversity of patients in the local community, whilst empowering and supporting his team

Dr Navjit Kaur Jandu

Navjit graduated in dentistry from Manchester University and then achieved a the MFDS (Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery) qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. Today Navjit is a director at Treeline Dental Care. Having co-founded the group with her husband, Jimmey, she is now the Dental Foundation Trainer as well as seeing patients – offering a range dental treatments.

Navjit’s mission is to provide world-class accessible dental care by training and developing a multi-disciplinary team to serve the needs of our patients and make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Our Team

Our team is made up of clinicians who operate a mixed practice of both NHS and private services. Among them, we have specialists in implants, sedation, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, paediatrics, and cosmetic dentistry. We aim to provide all treatments under one roof for the convenience of our patients.

Supporting our clinical team are heads of key departments including compliance, logistics, procurement, quality assurance and business development. We also have practice managers who are supported by both clinical and administrative leads. They, in turn, are supported by receptionists, trainee dental nurses, and qualified dental nurses.

We offer structured training pathways for foundation dentists and trainee dental nurses, and we also have dental therapists working within the practice.
