Treeline Dental Group
Treeline Dental Care is a family-run, multi award winning group of practices in the Midlands. 2025 will see the group, headed by husband and wife co-founders, Jimmey and Navjit Palahey, able to count a total of 56 surgeries, over 14 sites – run by 250 staff members.
We provide patient-centred care, but we also empower our teams to develop to provide a supportive and comprehensive teaching pathway for our staff and others through our training network.

As well as being a significant dental employer in the East Midlands, remarkably Treeline has also managed to do this whilst serving over 90,000 people from the full diversity of the local community, proudly seeing primarily NHS patients (60%) versus private clients.
Over and above general care, TDC offers Specialist care, Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery, urgent care, supporting Community Dental Services through child-friendly practice initiatives and supporting vulnerable patients, who are just as much our priority.

Employing the Best
Treeline is proud to be clinician led, meaning those with dentistry training are the ones in charge of business decision making. Training matters at every level and in 2018 the group won an East Midlands Apprenticeships award. Mentoring and training are core to Treeline’s approach, both ‘on-the-job’ for junior staff and through and the Dental Foundation Training and Dental Core pathway.
